Empty7 co-writes and co-produces bil, the EP by Zinée
bil, the EP by Zinée, was co-written, co-produced and co-directed by Empty7 together with Chilly Gonzales, Freaky Joe Beats and Zinée herself. The record was announced by the label EUX.
Piano, rap and strings in the same room
The line-up says a lot about the record: a pianist and composer known for his chamber writing, two producers from rap, and a singer at the centre. That meeting point (writing that leans on classical form while staying inside rap production) is exactly the lane Empty7 has been carving out since his first releases.
